1. Free personal and commercial use

The copyright owner grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free
permission to download, install, copy and use this version of ULTRAVERB
in binary form for personal, educational and commercial audio work, on any
number of computers you use. There is no license fee, subscription, account
requirement or activation requirement for this version.

2. Your audio remains yours

This software license imposes no restrictions, royalties or attribution
requirements on audio, music, recordings, performances or other creative
outputs processed with the software. The publisher claims no ownership of
your audio merely because you use ULTRAVERB. Rights in recordings,
samples and other material you supply remain subject to their own licenses
and the rights of their respective owners.

3. Free redistribution of the complete package

You may redistribute this complete, unmodified release package free of
charge, provided you retain this license, the third-party notices and all
other files in the package. You must not misrepresent its origin, remove
